De-Alcoholisation

Our new Bevisol De-alcoholisation facility using Reverse Osmosis technology.

 

Bevisol is excited to announce that it has installed a new, state-of-the-art installation for the production of de-alcoholised or reduced alcohol products!

 

The process produces a very high quality product as it retains many of the natural flavour compounds from the alcoholic version being processed.

 

Reverse Osmosis uses cold membrane filtration, which is kind to the product so there is no heat damage or major loss of flavour.

 

The process can be applied to beers, ciders, wines, spirits and RTD’s and can be used to create 0.0% abv or reduced alcohol products. Such as wines at 6-9% abv but with the same great taste as the 12-13% abv version!

 

Bevisol can process customer’s own branded products to recreate the alcohol-free version.

Bevisol can also design, produce and de-alcoholise products as a turnkey service for customers.
